Was a little hesitant to buy couch online but price was right. Had some issues due to fedx delivering to wrong address and not being able to locate it after that but the company stepped up immediately, when fedx wouldn’t and shipped another couch through different carrier. So excited to receive it, my husband and I got right to putting it together. Took about 45 minutes. Cushions were vacuum packed but expanded to thick comfortable cushions. Color is rich deep black which I wanted opposed to graying black. Couch is very comfortable. Feels sturdy. Legs give it a modern, elegant look. My husband and I both fit on it. The high arms make it comfortable to sit on couch as well as perfect for leaning and putting your feet up to read or write a review. It’s not our everyday couch but is perfect in the study to listen to my husband play piano. I don’t know how it’s going to hold up over time but very satisfied at this time. Customer service and communication was amazing from seller. If I knew persons name that helped I would give a shout out. Price was in my bracket. Great value. Deducting two stars due to the back cushions. They came stained (it is not the velvet texture but a stain). Both of them were vacuum packed, but one of them did not expand enough UPDATE: Within hours of reaching out to customer service, they got back to me and sent me a replacement cushion. With the new items, this is the best sofa in this price range ... show more

Overall, I am satisfied with the couch. However, all of the cushions came "stained". It appears something about the vacuum seal process causes discoloration. I am waiting to hear back from customer service about potential replacements :/
