The media could not be loaded. The instruction booklet has no real installation instructions so it is extremely frustrating and took 3 days of attempts to get it right. To adjust the height on the cables, there are small buttons you can push but it isn’t obvious at all and not stated anywhere in the “manual” which is a postcard basically when it should be a booklet. The branches came in scratched in multiple places. But all the stress and scratches are not visible once it’s all installed. It looks like a million bucks. I wish it had a little more detail in the instruction book but we figured it out. I was hesitant at first but when it was put all together it gave the kitchen that extra sparkle it needed as an accent point! I love the dangling crystal leaves- it gives it so much character. Definitely would recommend and they included extra crystals which was a plus because one was damaged I didn’t have to worry because there were extras!!! ... show more

I was in awe when I opened up this chandelier. It's such a beautiful piece with many hanging crystals. It's kind of tough to hang up and set up but once it's done its gorgeous. It will transform any room you put it in.
