we ordered it after reading the reviews of this product. The chandelier was delivered very quickly, and we tried to install it but it was tripping the electricity. Eventually after testing with the multimeter we found that the chandelier had a sort circuit some where. We asked for replacement, and wanted to return the faulty one. I was sent a new one and this time it worked well. I am so thankful to amazon, for making the replacement process so easy. This product is difficult to assemble but once done, it looks soo good. Beautiful chandelier. Just wish the line came with more sizing options. Ours is a little higher than we would like. We have an extra 10 inch stick but not sure how to cut it to make it work?
