When it did show up, I was extremely pleased. It was in perfect shape considering it traveled pretty far. It was exactly what I was looking for. The color is perfect and it's pretty comfortable too. Several pros to this dainty, beautiful accent piece which has added so much beauty and comfort to the sitting area in the master bedroom. It is comfortable, stylish, appears durable. Con: I wish it were a bit larger Customer service was superb. I had an issue with the estimated shipping time. I contacted them via email and within a day someone called me. The chair arrived in a week. To top it there was even a follow up phone call from them. For that they deserve five stars; excellent customer service. I would definitely do business with them again. PROs - the chair is the size we wanted and it is comfortable CON - color is mauve and not pink. If you're looking for a chair that is closer to purple then you may like this chair.
