Great quality! The privacy it gives at night even with your curtains open and lights on is unbelievable, easy to work with, very thick doesn’t crease easy, just make sure you clean the window very well with soapy water or just water, squeegee it off don’t use paper towels or a microfiber rag as that will leave lint behind, if you decide to use paper towels or a rag it will leave lint, if you do happen to use a rag once you apply the tint you’ll see trash under the film, save yourself the headache of doing so, blame yourself not the tint or this product! ... show more

Unsatisfied with this tint. It has more of a blue shade not a black colored shade. Also very thin. Not very dark to be 5%.

I bought this for my travel trailer/camper since we are fulltime living out of it. We live in florida with no shade near our grounds so we had reflectix on all of our windows. Which worked great until after 3 months of having no sunlight come into the camper, we were going crazy without natural light. So buying a tint that would block the heat and give us privacy was super important along with not breaking the bank. Doing this ourselves saved us 700 dollars quoted by a professional. It is pretty easy, I've never tinted in my life and I got all of our windows done within 3 hours. Weve had it on for a day now and it has completely transformed our space. It does allow more heat in than the reflectix did, however I would trade being able to see outside and not mind the added heat. The tip a previous commenter added about using your teeth to grind the side to make the film come up easier, works wonders! Use tons and tons of soapy water! ... show more

Are you a masochist that enjoys slow torture? Do you really hate your car? Are you an athiest who wants to know if Hell is actually real? Luckily, you can buy a one-way ticket with the purchase of this awful window tint. I saw the bad reviews but I ignored them. I thought it was full of ignorant people who have never used window film before. Ive use them on all of my large windows at home (cats), so I came in confident that I could obviously complete such a simple task. I have never been more humbled and I owe every 1-3 star reviewer an apology. I regret all of my life choices and hope karma will soon be kind. The tint film sticks to nothing but itself, one bubble disappears yet seven more appear, and the clear adhesive film is super hard to take off. I spent HOURS of my life on ONE window. ONE. I went through BOTTLES of water and window solution in a desperate attempt for the film to do what it is supposed to do. I truly wish I was exaggerating. In its defense, I did have a mosquito harrass me while I worked (although I dont think thats the films fault) so I did mess up a few times because of the awful bug. It is super dark. I may not look like it but it is. That is the only good thing about it. It doesn't shrink well. Also, it is really thin and creases easily. This is not for beginners.

If anybody has installed tint, you'd know it is not easy. But overall this tint was just as good as some of the more expensive tints I've bought in the past. Would definitely buy again and will to do my back window. I only used this on flat windows, so I'm not sure how well it would work for rounded windows where you would have to use a heat gun to get it to form. I did use a heat gun for better results on my flat window and it did seem to help to get the creases and bubbles out. ... show more
