After seeing reviews on how nice these irons were to hit for a mid to high handicapper, I decided to go try some out at my local sporting goods store. I hit them very well and was pleased with the design and overall performance of these clubs. Also tried sim2 max and the stealths. Which were nice but all my data from the simulator showed me hitting these further, more accurately and at a great launch angle. So i took to Amazon to see what the price would be and man did i find a deal. Bought a “like new” set for a big discount over the big box stores. They showed up wrapped in plastic. Never used. No scuffs, nothing. Just not in the original box. Screaming deal. So much value for the money. And a great performing iron. Thanks again for these bad boys. ... show more

This was a good deal for off the rack JPX 923 Hot Metal irons but I returned them. They were a half inch too short. Nice looking clubs and carefully boxed. If these off the rack club worked for me, these 923s would be in the bag.

These were advertised as Mizuno JPX 923 irons. The box they arrived in showed obvious signs of being shipped several times. The irons have 2 obvious signs of being counterfeit: 1. No serial number on any of the hosels. 2. The cavity is filled with a flimsy stick-on piece of plastic, not the piece of bonded metal that should be there. When I was shopping I hit at least 7 different clubs. This Mizuno was the best feeling and longest carrying club I hit but it was over my budget until is was searching open box returned golf clubs and found them in my price range on Amazon. These clubs look to be brand new at $350 .00 less.

After seeing another customers review that looked like these could be a knock off or something. Clubs are in perfect NEW condition, shipped well, and hosel ID is there. Everything is legit and I snatched during a price drop! Time to hit the range for a test run before Sunday!
