  • A good craftsman never blames his tools
Mizuno has combined precision production and chromoly technology and applied it to the JPX21 Hot metal irons. The feather light chromoly shafts enhance the control of the head of the iron for increased percentage of ball striking accuracy. The soft feel at impact and wide open sweet-spot lends itself quite nicely to making miss-hits stay in bounds. Conversely, when center-struck - the trajectory and ball flight are exceptional. In my opinion if you are waiting to upgrade your irons that impact each hole you play this is undoubtably the time and the product. ... show more

  • Amazing Irons
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Lite Configuration: 5 Fli-Hi, 6 Fli-Hi, 7-SW Irons
Another fantastic iron from Mizuno. Better sound and feel than the 919s especially on strikes near the toe and you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference between between this club and a forged model on shots that are middled. They look great down by the ball and in the back through clever sloping and shaping. Slightly more forgiving than the 919s as well and a bit longer too. The lofts are a bit stronger but the ball flight remains high and I have no trouble stopping 5 irons on greens. I was fitted into a different shaft than what comes standard and it is important that you do get fitted for these irons if you can. The best part is that Mizuno does not have upcharges on custom shafts and grips. What impressed me the most was how good the wedges are! I’ve had mixed success with premium “players” wedges so I decided to order the set in 5-LW and all I can say is wow! An amazing combination of feel and forgiveness and very versatile as well. If you’re in the market for a new set of game improvement irons you’d be hard pressed to find anything better. In terms of look, sound, feel and performance I don’t think there’s a better set out there and I have tested them all. 5 Stars ... show more

  • Don’t buy these clubs!!
Don’t buy them, no customer service support!! After a half dozen uses this what happens. Mizuno said this is normal wear.. I previously had Taylormade irons for 5 year and they were in much better condition.

  • Beautifully smooth irons- I got fitted
Our Pro plays Mizuno. She's a great stick and a 2 HCP. After hitting her Mp20's and her driver I got fitted and bought the following: 8-9-PW JPX921 6 and 7 Hybrids and the STZ driver. I'm almost 60 and I was having trouble with my approach shots, especially the 7 iron. Try this out, but get custom fit for them. they are butter. The clubs want to go straight and I'm crushing the 7 hybird 150-155 straight. Mizuno customer fitters include a lot of few shaft upgrades and they have a special fitting computer tool. spend the time to do It. I shot my lowest recently a 80... ... show more
