Customer service followed up with me to see how I was enjoying their product, I let them know a couple days later that the jigger in the kit had a manufacturing defect and came apart after a couple uses. They apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a new kit to my house immediately, saving me the time of having to go through an amazon return process and driving to a FedEx. New kit arrived very quick and zero issues with the new jigger. I snagged this set as a birthday gift for my wife (she's an excellent cocktail-maker) so we both mutually benefit from this gift (; I ordered the gold set. I was hoping that it wasn't gaudy, but it has a very classy presentation. The shaker is a bit smaller than I thought, but perhaps that's not a bad thing! The build quality seems sound. We've had the set for a month and it comes with all the necessary gadgets to make some awesome drinks. The bamboo display rack is quite nice as well! I've had my beautiful cocktail set for about two years now and I love it. The golden finish is intact, no fading or rust whatsoever. Of course I treat it like a baby, cleaning and wiping all pieces dry after we're done with the drinking. And not letting it fall or bang against pots or pans to avoid dents. I picked the gold set to match our bar cart. It looks super cute all set up. The only complaint I have is the stirring rod is a bit tricky to keep standing up in the wooden stand. The media could not be loaded. This is a nice addition to your at home bar. The look is beautiful and comes with everything that you need. It also comes with a warranty from the manufacturer for an added peace of mind. I would purchase this again as a nice gift!

    • Looks great, well-made, shaker lid gets a little stuck...
I gave this to my husband for Father's Day, and it's great! He loves it. The box in which it comes has nice, vintage branding. The items are a good weight. The gold is nice and shiny. I'm glad it's bamboo - at least some sustainability. The only issue is that the shaker lid does stick really tightly when you shake it, which is good for preventing spillage but also difficult to remove when you're done shaking.
