Received this bike about a week ago. It only took me about 20 minutes or less to assemble. The bike arrived with no dings or scratches. It was for my daughter’s 10th birthday present and she absolutely loves it. The bike is very sturdy and well put together. She told me the bike is very comfortable and easy to ride. They color was what she wanted, and she is excited to get on it every day. So far no issues with the bike, as stated this bike is very well put together. My daughter picked out the 6 speed 24" with the rack. It appears to be a tad bit smaller than other 24" bikes that she tried in stores, and that's okay, because her feet had trouble touching the floor and she is able to firmly touch with this bike. I believe the seat just sits lower on the frame. She is 4'11". It did arrive late, it took two weeks to arrive, and yes, I'm a Prime member. The box had a hole in it. I was worried it would be damaged, but it was packed up nicely and there was no damage, what a relief. It was easy to put together. The Glerk Website has video instructions for those of us that don't want to read the instructions, that's a plus in my book. My daughter absolutely loves the bike. So far so good. The handle grips are leatherette, I would have preferred rubber, the leatherette ones won't last very long but they look cute. The reflector and the bell are made of plastic so I'm not sure how long those will last. My daughter is happy and thats the most important thing. I'm hoping the biks has durability, if it does I'll move the value for money to five stars. ... show more

I bought this in the 24 inch because I’m 4’11 and my old bike was a 26inch and too tall to feel confident putting my preschooler or toddler onto. This bike is so cute and rides great!

I was on a hunt for a white beach cruiser for my daughter… This is it! It looks just like all the other much more adult/expensive models but at more than half the price! It arrived quickly, undamaged, and was easy to assemble. The only issue has been the pedals coming loose-unscrewing… added a little plumbing tape and we were back in business! ... show more

    • Small bike - unsure of quality

I bought the purple, 24" with rack for my daughter. It looked small as I assembled it, so I measured the tires, and their diameter is 23" - so it is falsely advertised. (I hope this doesn't mean that if a rubber tire gets damaged, it will be difficult to find a replacement - odd sizes are problematic in that way.) It is actually a very cute bike, and arrived without damage. One washer for the rear rack was missing, but that was the only hitch in assembly. The packaging was nicely done. I'm feeling nervous about the quality. The chain was off when we took it out to test it, after we fixed that, my daughter was riding it up and down the sidewalk and it made shifting sounds even though she told me that she wasn't turning the gear shift dial. So I tried it myself, and the chain was definitely jumping gears on its own even though I was not shifting. Considering how expensive it was, I'm feeling reluctant to recommend it. There was an awful lot of packing material on it (probably why it arrived looking in excellent shape) and it would be extremely difficult to re-pack to return. There is a bike shop in town, and taking it there to see if they can fix the shift problems is an option, but I feel reluctant to invest more money it it too. For the price, it shouldn't be jumping gears and losing the chain. ... show more

The front wheel arrived bent and not useable right out of the box 😕. A bike shop advised us to get a send it back to the manufacturer Hoping a replacement bike will have better luck.
