I love this serum foundation. It comes in a compact with a sponge that allows a smooth application. It covers well without looking caked on or heavy. My skin is oily so I do need to use setting powder but this is excellent makeup which is also very affordable.

Wow, I was soo shook that a tiny bit of this product would give medium-heavy coverage! It's replaced my IT Cosmestics CC cream! I have acne marks that are pretty dark and this product does a good job of pretty much completely covering them! It's also a very lightweight product and gives a very radiant glow! I have combination oily and acne prone skin so I do have to use a matte setting powder. it did NOT break me out either! I use it about 5-6 days a week and so far it's lasted me over 7 weeks. Pro-tip - when you feel like you're not getting much product, use a clean pair of tweezers and FLIP the sponge around and boom, you'll get a ton of product left on the bottom and edges of the sponge!! Love the cushion type, product covers well and lasts most of the day, but the natural beige 23 color runs lighter than expected. I purposely went up a shade after ordering their BB cream in 21 and finding that too light. #23 in this product is still lighter than I would like, but I use some bronzer to bring the color up. I'm a K-Beauty addict. There is something about K-Beauty that works with my skin so much better than other Western products. There are fewer nasty chemicals in them (they still have chemicals, of course). There is less irritation with them. My fair, sensitive, dry, acne-prone, menopausal skin is so much more calm and happy with them. Snail mucin and cica and mugwort and green tea? Yes, please! This cushion is amazing. It's beyond hydrating. It has the perfect amount of buildable coverage - not too sheer, not too heavy. It goes on and, in a matter of seconds, your face is on. Pat it on for fuller coverage. Swipe it on for sheerer coverage. Color wise it's a great match. Like I said, I'm fair (red hair, freckles, green eyes) and #21 is just about perfect. I can't build it up too much in the winter because it can start to look too dark. This won't be an issue in the summer months. I also have Missha's BB cream in #21 and #23. Many will say that there is a gray tint to K-Beauty face foundation products and they're sometimes correct. But I don't find the cushions to have that gray tint. I have a cool, pink complexion and this neutralizes that redness. It also brightens my face right up. And to have a foundation that you can carry around with you?? There's just so much to love! The ONLY issue I have with it is that it can crease but this is easily fixed with primer, setting spray/powder. I'm 46. Everything creases eventually. Not everyone will love the dewy glow it gives off. Oily skin types might not want as much glow and would probably be better off with a mattifying cushion. If so, this isn't for you. This is quite frankly one of the best beauty products of this decade. I am 60 years of age, have light olive skin in the winter that tans easily in the summer. I have been an avid beauty product collector for 40+ years. After many failures with other Korean BB creams, I discontinued using them several years ago. Recently I came across Missha Magic Cushion and was blown away by the rave reviews. This cream does everything it says. #23 is a bit light for me, but it plays well under my regular light application of mineral makeup liquid product and powder. I had to apply two layers of Magic Cushion to achieve the extra coverage. I waited 5-minutes between applications for the product to set up. I followed this with my regular mineral liquid and setting powder. Magic Cushion wears very well. At the 3-hour mark, I had the most beautiful glow. Not oily, just a dewy fresh look. My face looked totally transformed using this product. Later this week I have a function to attend and am excited to be wearing Magic Cushion! Since I only had it on for about 7 hours the first time, I cannot yet attest if it lasts longer but I think it will. The first day after I wore #23, I ordered #27. It is almost a perfect color match to my face now, but it has just a tad of darkness to it that will be much better later in the summer. Meanwhile, I can easily adjust #23 to my liking by adjusting my liquid makeup or mineral setting powder. If you are over 50, I highly recommend this product. My skin is definitely NOT perfect, can be dry in spots, oily in the -zone, and overall very uneven. Magic Cushion smooths everything out. Just pat, pat, pat to apply. Do not rub. To the younger gals, you'll probably love it too, based on the reviews I've seen. Have I mentioned how much I LUV, LUV, LUV Missha Magic Cushion?! :-) About the mirror... It is covered with a thin plastic film that is difficult to remove. The first time I used a box cutter blade to carefully lift the film. The second time I was able to scratch a bit in the center with my fingernail to get a start point for removing the film. Either way works but they really need to add a pull tab. Problem solved.
