Tiny, but performs like one of it's "big brothers." Also got it at a great price due to a daily deal from Amazon. I've bought several different personal projectors in my time, and this is the best one I've owned. The focus is sharper than I expected, the brightness is outstanding, and the colors are perfectly displayed. The sound is decent through the built-in speakers, but I suggest an alternative sound system. The only drawback I can see is that it's a little noisy because of the necessary fan to keep it cooler, because it does generate some heat. Of course that's to be expected because of the powerful lamp that gives you such a bright picture. This is however, a minor thing. Many people may not even notice this. The included mini-tripod is a little weak and can't securely hold the projector in place if its not fully balanced, so use a different tripod. There is a standard tripod mount port on the bottom of the unit. A short HDMI cable is included with a standard HDMI port on the unit, no adapters needed. I highly recommend this if you're in the market for a good quality projector. ... show more

Update 2: Another replacement was sent to me, this time to the upgraded M03H model. Customer service reached out after seeing my previous update. -The overall quality is better and has much better options for optimizing the picture. In the mini version it only had the keystone option, that messed with the focus whenever it was actually used so it was pretty useless. The new version has a "trapezoid" adjusting feature that moves the lens around to compensate for crooked picture, angle, etc etc and works great. Love that. -Sound quality is also much better, so far no audio peaking sound. However, I do wish the speakers weren't in the back of the projector (original was on the side) as it makes it difficult to put the projector near the wall. There is the option to connect a bluetooth speaker though to get around that. -The fan is a bit noisy; not crazy loud that the previous machine started doing when it broke down, but more noticeable than when the other one started out. But as long as it doesn't break and get the extra loud whirring/choppy sound I can deal. According to customer service, they are aware of the defective fan issues and have it noted for machines going forward. -Music plays when it boots up. Couldn't find where it was to turn it off and finally had to ask customer service, whom promptly responded (Settings>General Settings>Boot Sound). There is also a tone every time you select something, which unfortunately cannot be turned off. -It came with a folded up screen but I haven't needed to use it. I've been projecting onto a matte white wall and it looks good. ----- Update: The fan has now suddenly started making a VERY loud whirring sound out of nowhere. Save your money. I purchased this solely for use as an art projector and could not be happier with the product. I can't speak for projecting movies or wi fi things, though I suspect the quality of image would be the same. Easy to use, intuitive controls, you just need to play with them a bit to get comfortable. Hooked up to my laptop with no issue, displayed clearly in a shorter throw which was my main interest, to be able to use it for smaller canvas and papers. The USB worked fine, but like most, could not list every file on a large storage but every folder displayed opened and scrolled easily. That issue could easily be overcome by just loading your art projects on a dedicated USB with no folders, just single images. If you have ever used an overhead/transparency type or art graph type projector you will be wonderfully happy at the clarity and resolution of detail with this. NO comparison. Yes, of course you need a darkened room. It's a projector. The darker the better. Some of the reviewers seem to think that projectors should work in sunlight. It's not a TV. I can't speak for the sound as I haven't and won't use that feature. Highly recommend for this use. It has the needed 'keystone' feature to correct less than perfect height projection. No need to spend more. The included cables were a bonus and the small tripod is nice. I mounted this to my full height tripod for my preferred variable ability. ... show more

The projection is tilted, it’s not a straight line on each side. It starts off bigger than goes smaller as it goes down. There is also a dark spot in the projection. Quality is mediocre at best. UPDATE: The customer service went beyond what I had expected. They followed up with me multiple times (since I didn’t see the original emails) on my concerns and offered to fix the issue for me, which they did. I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am for the service and team. That just goes to show that they truly care about their customers and their products.
