I already have a full size projector but wanted one I could put in a carry on bag. So I didn't test every feature like the streaming apps. This is small enough and lite enough for carry on. It has a detached lens cover, hole for mounting on a tripod, comes with a tripod. Manual focus was straightforward. 4 point keystone fast and easy. Windows 11 mirroring was fairly easy. Sometimes it would take an extra try to connect. Also interesting the app button is "Android Mirroring", not intuitive you use that also for Windows. I was able to use the buttons on the unit, did not need to use the remote for my evaluation. Fan noise measured 43dB using a phone app so noticeable. I plan to present during daytime so not a dark room. I found the brightness and sharpness borderline, not as good as my full size projector. We ordered this item for a new house, knowing that we were going to have to buy all new TVs and this would be a portable solution for the first few weeks/months and then just a useful thing to have after that for parties, etc. We haven't had a chance to use it much yet, but it was packaged very well, and seems to work great when we were playing around with it. Picture is clear, sound is surprisingly good, and the free screen was also better than we thought - we were expecting something stiff with fold lines, but this is a nice sheet of silky fabric with grommets at corners and center. It came with a remote and little tripod that has a ball joint adapter so that you can tilt it in any direction (including the ceiling). Please note as indicated, you can not stream Netflix, etc. from your phone/tablet. Computer connection (wired) and Roku worked well. You can also (seemingly) not use the bluetooth to connect to wireless speakers, but you CAN use wired speakers with via a cord in the headphones jack. In addition, I had an issue activating the warranty (lots of helpful QR codes in the paperwork included, FYI), but they followed up via email the next day (unprompted!! I did not contact them), to assure me that my warranty was set up and to offer me the free gift that was supposed to come with the activation. All in all, we are very satisfied with this purchase, especially for the price, the customer service was shockingly good, and we hope it is the perfect solution that we were looking for when we get to our new house. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very pleased, in fact, we will purchase another one for our Halloween projection needs. In the video, the one on the left that is clear and crisp fire is from this projector. The one on the right is a muted sort of faded look and a projector we had last year. You can see the clear difference. Very easy to use .. has all connections needed (HDMI, usb etc) and a small tripod stand which makes angling the projection MUCH easier. ... show more

Update 2: Another replacement was sent to me, this time to the upgraded M03H model. Customer service reached out after seeing my previous update. -The overall quality is better and has much better options for optimizing the picture. In the mini version it only had the keystone option, that messed with the focus whenever it was actually used so it was pretty useless. The new version has a "trapezoid" adjusting feature that moves the lens around to compensate for crooked picture, angle, etc etc and works great. Love that. -Sound quality is also much better, so far no audio peaking sound. However, I do wish the speakers weren't in the back of the projector (original was on the side) as it makes it difficult to put the projector near the wall. There is the option to connect a bluetooth speaker though to get around that. -The fan is a bit noisy; not crazy loud that the previous machine started doing when it broke down, but more noticeable than when the other one started out. But as long as it doesn't break and get the extra loud whirring/choppy sound I can deal. According to customer service, they are aware of the defective fan issues and have it noted for machines going forward. -Music plays when it boots up. Couldn't find where it was to turn it off and finally had to ask customer service, whom promptly responded (Settings>General Settings>Boot Sound). There is also a tone every time you select something, which unfortunately cannot be turned off. -It came with a folded up screen but I haven't needed to use it. I've been projecting onto a matte white wall and it looks good. ----- Update: The fan has now suddenly started making a VERY loud whirring sound out of nowhere. Save your money. Skip this. ----- Not sure what happened to my original review =/ ... show more
