Bought to surprise my husband. He had a rough year, and it was only March. He loves the brown colors, the comfort of the band, the accuracy of telling time, the ease to set it and most of all the face design of the watch! The only thing is he wishes it had Swiss movement.

The battery and all my mini focus watches are dead. There's no information on how to replace the batteries or what batteries it uses and I can't get ahold of customer service. I've had these watches for barely a year and barely wear them. I contacted the company several times an email with no response.
