It was easy to setup. And it was definitely the right size and color for my job. I wish the lights already came on it but it was no problem putting them on. I don’t think the lights are on a timer. But it do have a switch to switch it from stand still lights to flashing lights.

I love this tree. There isn't any assembly just decorating the tree with the supplied ornaments. It's stable enough. It's a great value for the $. The only thing I don't like is the paper around the bottom so I got a silver garland and put around the bottom. I am probably going to change the garland to blue for more color. ... show more
