Feels sturdy. Was easy to assemble! It GLOWS Bright after being charged up (even the netting GLOWS)! The 2 Glow-in-the-Dark balls GLOW brightly too! My kids LOVE it! The Great thing about this hoop (over other brands) is that it works on the inside or outside of the door... no door casing issues at all! WE LOVE IT! Note: Some people had a problem with the small space between the door hangers and the backboard. I did not have that same issue. But I chose to help keep the entire thing stable by adding Command Strips (picture hanging type) behind the door hangers (see pics). I also added a Command Strip (double sided sticky) at the bottom behind the metal hoop attachment (see pics). ... show more

First two things I noticed was the sponge tape on the back looked a little tacky and wasn’t what I was expecting, however going back to the model pictures it is presented that way and the sponge tape faces the back so what is visible is just the white lining on the front so it really isn’t an issue. The green hoop itself is extremely sturdy metal not cheap plastic it has a very clean look. The assembly is a little tough the pieces don’t fit easily together but don’t fret it is possible. I recommend you place the bottom two screws in first (they are kinda short so it’s a bit of a hassle getting them to fit into the nut) and then slip the basket in and then finish placing the top two screws. It brings all the tools that you need (also the needle for the pump is inside the pump handle). The net and the ball are very bright in the dark the back board is a little dimmer glow.     • Good quality, great price, works great on both sides of the door!
I looked at so many, and a lot of these indoor hoops seem similar, but I chose this one because in one of the reviews someone mentioned that this one fits on either side of the door. The only doors in my house that I could use for hanging this hoop were doors that I had to use the side of the door that is outside the room. Most doors won't close if you do that. With this hoop, I was able to hang it up on either side of the door and it still closed. Yes, the door frame now is an obstacle when shooting (which would not happen on the correct side of the door), but I can at least close the door. Very happy! ... show more

MISSING EVERYTHING TO ASSEMBLE! It’s extremely upsetting to see the devastated look on my child’s face when we opened to box to assemble it! He received this as a birthday gift, as he has wanted one for awhile now. Not only could we tell the box had been previously opened, but it was missing ALL hardware to assemble it. As if that weren’t disappointing enough, we then realized not only was the net missing but also the air pump! So essentially my son is left disappointed, with two flat glow on the dark basketballs, a backboard and the rim that we can’t even attach together! I’m so confused because I thought these things I ordered on Amazon were brand new, not like a returned item in Walmart’s clearance isle. I can’t believe being charged the amount this item is for half of the product and upsetting my child. I really hope they correct this for my child. ... show more

This is one of the most used toys in the house. It is over the door in the kitchen. The kids are on it constantly while I am in the kitchen. Good solid board and the balls are of high quality. We even took it on vacation in case of a rainy afternoon and it came in very useful.

Want something that wont fall apart for those rainy and snowing days? This hoop is perfect and very well built. We have gone through many plastic ones braking and this one is still going months later. Love it!

    • Surprised it works well
I didn't think that this thing would last with my boys they play very rough with it and it has survived. I had to put a few bandages on the back screws because it was scratching the paint on the door.
