Found this brand on EWG, and I'm slowly switching over my makeup products to ones that are less toxic. Previously I used Tarte, Chanel, Lancome, and Loreal. I was very skeptical that I would like this brand that I had never heard of, and felt loyal to the products I've been using for years. So far I've been pleasantly surprised by mineral fusion products. I assumed they would smell weird, have poor consistency, bad coverage - all of the things I've seen from "nontoxic" brands before (like Gwyneth Paltrow's line). For this product, I was looking for a powder that would not add color or make my face look white. I pretty much just use it on my T zone in the morning and under my eyes to set my concealer. Throughout the day I reapply to my nose as needed, and although it is not as absorbent as some powders I have used, I am very pleased with this product. No complains about the product you get what you pay for. The container Cover hinges broke the second day after 4 uses and been in my all around hard surface carry-on while loosely packed.

I am a big fan of the Mineral Fusion makeup line and this powder is fantastic! I'm 50 with very dry skin and most powders settle in the fine lines around my eyes. But this doesn't! It is lightweight and offers very light coverage. I feel that it does a great job of setting my foundation and extends the wear throughout the day! ... show more

I used Bare Minerals for years. When my face starting breaking out with adult acne, unfortunately it did absolutely nothing for covering it up and I always had an "oil" face. In 2013 I started using this product and will never go back, at least as long as the product doesn't change. I start with a light coating of Setting Power, put on the Full Coverage Concealer where necessary, put on the foundation as thick or light as desired, use blush and then end with another light coating of Setting Powder. Whenever I wear it, people are amazed at the transformation of my skin. The acne and the scar discoloration can't even be seen. I apply this at about 7 am in the mornings and it seems to last until about 7-8 pm at night with no additional application. A mid-day refresh of the Setting Powder does help if you need a quick refresh, but I usually do not have the ability to do this. I've also noticed I no longer suffer from the "oil" face I used to get with Bare Minerals. So I'm sold!!! ... show more

I was on the hunt for a fragrance free powder after buying Huda Beauty's setting powder. I loved it, but the smell was so perfumey that it made me sick to my stomach. I figured that couldn't be good for you. I've been slowly trying to switch to clean cosmetics and skin care anyway so I started looking and found that someone recommended this over Ilia's $40 powder.
