As a contractor with 15 years experience this is exactly what I needed. I already have the Milwaukee M18 volt system, so it was pretty easy picking this vacuum. The vacuum is awesome! It's easy to use, small and portable, and has all the right accessories. I common challenge I faced working in other folks homes was making a mess and not having a vacuum handy. If I did have a vacuum, it was one of those large bulk shop vacuums. Large shop vacuums are scary to use in expensive house with expensive floors and decor. With the little Milwaukee vacuum, I can walk into any customers house without scratching floors or knocking things over. Plus its much quieter than a larger vacuum. This is perfect for those small sheet rock patch jobs, custom wood work, and any job that makes a small mess. If you have any of the above problems, get this vacuum. As a side note, the vacuum works pretty well with the standard M18 batteries, but it works awesome with the larger M18 batteries. ... show more

I saw a contractor that had one of these vacuums and thought hey I need one of those!! I checked the price and thought oh wow that’s kinda expensive. I got one anyhow. Love it!! So portable, in my opinion excellent suction power for the size of the thing. Some people think it should have the same suction as a shop vac....come on be reasonable. I have three Huskies so I always had clumps of fur scattered hither and yon around the house. This is the best tool I ever purchased. I keep it handy and two or three times a day go around and suck up all the dog fur. I like the trigger type on off switch. When you release the switch the vacuum turns off so you save battery juice by not having the vacuum running constantly, just go to what you want to pick up and press the trigger. The canister holds a lot more that it looks like it would and with the paper filter there are no little sponge pre/post filters to replace or clean. For my purposes, it is the best vacuum I ever purchased. CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! The filters listed under the "Frequently purchased with" heading DO NOT FIT THIS VACUUM. IT IS A LITTLE HEAVY, BUT HAS LOTS OF POWER AND THE BATTERY LIFE IS ACCEPTABLE. DUMPING THE WASTE IS VERY EASY. I USE IT DAILY TO CLEAN UP UNDER CABINET EDGES AND UNDER THE DINNING TABLE, OR WHERE EVER A QUICK PICK-UP IS NEEDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Since I bought this me and the wife have used this all over. We have other vacuums, but this unit is so portable and does a good job. I use Milwaukee cordless for many other tools and have plenty of batteries. The wife told me she used this on the house floors and its took a long time to run down. This little vacuum is SO handy!! I bought it for my husband for father's day & now I use it more than him. So handy for stairs, trash can area, cars, etc. Works way better than the handheld vac we have.

    • Amazing vacuum
This vacuum is AMAZING!!! It’s easy to use, but it’s pretty loud but it has amazing suction power especially for a handheld vacuum cleaner. It comes with a lot of different types of heads and I use it around the house, and get up everything that my children throw down.
