I use this drill every day for work. I install appliances about 5 to 7 different apartment units daily. Never had a issue with it smooth powerful drill. I only had to replace it once after 5 years of heavy heavy usage. Lightweight and good for tight places. Guys at work have even bought this drill after using mine.
