Yes, the Milwaukee M12 Cordless 3/8' Ratchet is ideal for automotive work. Its compact design and powerful motor make it perfect for tightening or loosening nuts and bolts in tight spaces commonly found in automotive environments. Its torque output is suitable for most light to medium-duty tasks in auto maintenance and repair.

Yes, the Milwaukee M12 Cordless 3/8' Ratchet comes with a limited warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship. • Great Little ratchet! Would recommend!
Pattern Name: Ratchet
The media could not be loaded. The Milwaukee 2457-20 M12 Cordless 3/8" Lithium-Ion Ratchet is a solid tool that offers a good balance of power and portability. Its compact design makes it easy to use in tight spaces, which is a huge plus for automotive and mechanical work. The 35 ft-lbs of torque is enough for most light- to medium-duty tasks, and the variable speed trigger gives great control. The battery life is decent, though it could be better for heavier use. The build quality feels durable, with a reinforced steel housing that seems built to last. One downside is that it’s not the fastest ratchet on the market, but for DIYers and even professionals needing a reliable, compact ratchet, it’s a good investment. The tool is comfortable to hold, and the LED light is a handy feature when working in low-light areas. Overall, it's a dependable tool that performs well for most day-to-day tasks. ... show more

  • Very Useful
Pattern Name: Ratchet
The media could not be loaded. This ratchet can get where a drill motor cannot reach. It even gets into places the 90 deg drill cannot. It's quick, efficient, and has a nice clutch so it doesn't hurt you when it gets tight, although it can give a bit of a kick. (see video) It doesn't happen all the time, but can jerk the took if you don't have enough leverage. A two-handed grip helps. It's great to have a dedicated ratchet, in addition to the drill motors. ... show more
