I’m beyond impressed with the quality and versatility of the Milliard Citric Acid! This 5-pound bag is a fantastic value, especially since it's 100% pure, food-grade, and verified as non-GMO. The resealable bag makes it easy to store without worrying about clumping or exposure to moisture, keeping it fresh for all my uses. It dissolves easily and has no aftertaste when used in cooking, which speaks to its purity. • Versatile and High-Quality Citric Acid – A Kitchen and Craft Must-Have!
Size: 32 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This citric acid has quickly become a staple in my kitchen and around the house! The fine, granular texture is perfect for all kinds of uses, from preserving fruits and veggies to adding a nice acidic kick to my homemade candies and soft drinks. Plus, knowing it’s NON-GMO gives me extra peace of mind. One of my favorite uses has been for bath bombs. It pairs perfectly with baking soda to create that satisfying fizz—great for a fun DIY project! Beyond that, I’ve used it in canning, sprouting, and even as a natural cleaner around the house. It’s super versatile and does a fantastic job wherever I need it. I also love that it helps preserve the Vitamin C content in foods, making it a healthier choice. Whether you’re into cooking, crafting, or cleaning, this citric acid is a must-have. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Very good - but be careful
Size: 160 Ounce (Pack of 1)
The product is good. But 2 things. 1, do NOT use much! Depending on how you are using the product, you can use "up to" 1/4 tsp per serving. It truly does enhance the flavor of pretty much anything you cook, bake or use for consuming. I haven't tried it in laundry or anything. I purchased it to get that "BAM" flavor with anything that has lemon in the recipe. It works ! I've used it in smoothies and even cooking chicken or stir-fry. But you really, really need to use a small amount. That 1 bag could easily last you a year, depending on how often you use it. I use it quite often and can see very little has been used. It will easily last me 2 years plus. The second thing you need to be careful with is the fact that you MUST dissolve it first! I usually dissolve what I'm going to use in a tablespoon of lemon juice. I may not dissolve quickly in just water. So if you are using it in something, make sure to dissolve it first. If you cook with it and don't dissolve it first, you'll not only crunch on the granules, but you'll "taste" the granules and they are quite potent - not a good flavor on its own. Imagine taking a bite out of a fresh lemon.... ... show more

This citric acid is a great value! The 10-pound bag lasts forever and is perfect for all kinds of uses, from cleaning to DIY projects. It's food-grade quality, so it can be used in homemade lemonade. Another usage is to mix with baking soda for my fish tank's CO2 cannister. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a versatile and affordable citric acid. ... show more

  • Keeps hard water away
Size: 32 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I use about 1tsp of this in my dishwasher every time I wash my dishes. It keeps hard water deposits from forming on my dishes. And it keeps the inside of the dishwasher looking nice and clean. I like that it’s food grade so that if by any chance there’s still some residue leftover in the dishwasher, then it’s not going to be harmful. The price is great for the amount you get. Since I only use this for cleaning, this bag will last me several years if I only use it for my dishwasher. I’ve also put this on the hard water deposits in my toilet and after leaving it on there for a little bit, I use a toilet brush to clean it and it comes right off. ... show more
