  • MEASUREMENTS: Built to hold up to 300-pounds. The platform measures 24-inches wide and 33-inches deep. Seat size is 20-inches wide and 16-inches deep. The seat height is 21-inches above the platform. Weighs 20-pounds.

Description

In the real world, not all great places to hunt have perfect places to hang a stand. Millennium has integrated its InterlockLEVELING System into the M50 Hang-On so the hunter can adjust the seat and the platform to be perfectly level even in an imperfect world. The leveling system, ComfortMAX seat, and footrest combine to provide a safe, quiet and comfortable hunt. Like other Millennium stands, the M50 uses the CamLOCK system, so moving from one pre-set stand site to another is quick, and the InterlockLEVELING system, which requires no tools, gives you the ability to adjust the seat and platform in seconds to different tree stand sites.

  • Better than expected.
I own 3 M100/M100U stands, and really didn't expect to like this stand nearly as much as those, but it has really impressed me. The seat is super comfortable(as expected from Millennium), even without the back; the platform is slightly wider and not quite as long as the M100, which I think I might actually prefer after sitting this stand, it seems to be easier to rotate for an off hand bow shot; the built in footrest keeps me from fidgeting as much during the sit; the leveling system is extremely quick and easy to use; and the ratchet style mounting bracket is way easier to get on and off of the tree(getting it off the tree is where you'll really notice the difference) and holds the stand tighter to the tree than the old chain style brackets. Great stand! ... show more

  • Worth its weight in backstraps.
I love this stand. Its very comfortable. I use it primarily for bowhunting. I want to find a shooting rail that is easy to add and take off for the rifle season but haven't found the ticket yet. Couple quick pointers to make life easier hanging it. When you first cinch the bracket strap leave it a touch loose (just not super tight to the tree). It makes placing the male end of the stand into it 15 times easier. Then you can cinch the crap out of it afterwards. Then cinch the bottom of the stand down BEFORE adjusting the angle of the platform. After the second strap is cinched take a few minutes to adjust the angle of the platform (you can do this sitting in the stand by hooking your feet under the foot rest and reaching down to the locking bracket). That really is what makes all the difference in this stand and makes it so comfy. The adjustable angle of the platform also makes the stand rock solid if you give it just a slight angle back towards the tree. Adjust the seat and you're ready for hours of napping. Wish I had ten of these. ... show more

  • Best Hang On for a Semi Permanent Set Up
I think this is the best hang on treestand for semi-permanent sets. It's a little heavy for a run and gun set up (check out the M60u for that). But, for sets that you are going to put up and leave up all season, this is the best I've found. Super comfortable. Roomy. The foot rest is nice. And, it's easy to get in a tree with the bracket. It comes w/ a safety line which is cool too. I have owned the M100u, but I feel like that type of seat (like the M100u and M150 has) is pretty constricting It limits your ability to quickly move for a shot (IMHO) It's adjustable front and back so you can have it set up in a slight leaning tree (only if its leaning back or forward...it doesn't adjust side to side). ... show more

  • Comfortable, solid, quiet. Love it.
Love this stand it has all of my boxes ticked; the seat is so comfortable and large (size matters if you late season hunt in below zero temps with bulky gear or a Heater Body Suit), damn quiet even in -20f (cold usually equals creaky) MN December hunts, easy to pack and set-up/takedown, solid as a rock, nice big platform. Really one could spend more to go lighter, a bit quieter, and a bit faster to setup (see Lone Wolf Alpha). I personally don't move my stands a ton and don't carry them miles when I do, so I would rather use my Millennium than others I have tried. Used for two full archery seasons with no signs of wear or corrosion. ... show more

  • I hate wrestling stands 20+ft off the ground
This is my 2nd m50. First one has been in action for three years now and has been a rock solid, quiet stand. Bought this one for the new camlock system. Not because I can put a bunch of receivers out and move this stand. But for ease of hanging. I hate wrestling stands 20+ft off the ground. The thought of just sliding the "male" end of the stand into the already hung receiver sounds super easy, and provocative ... show more

  • You get what you pay for...
I bought a $50 hang-on tree stand last season. It served me well last year. But this year the same tree stand started to squeak and make all kinds on noises... After inspection, it turned out one of the cable was loose and the stand looked sort of out of alignment. So, I upgraded to the millenium. I'm so glad I did. This is a quality item and the installation is super easy thanks to their proprietary attachement system. I've just used it one season thus far, but I can tell the difference in terms of comfort. 4 hour in the woods. No problem. No squeak. No noise. Perfect. I recommend adding a thermal cushion in very cold conditions. The fabric seat will let the cold air blow on your behind. Spend an extra $5 for a small cushion. ... show more

  • Wow! Great buy.
Wow! Easiest set up I've ever had with a hang on stand. Two bolts and it's ready to hang. No more lugging a stand up a ladder either! Just ratchet strap the receiver on the tree and pop the stand in place. Super easy!! Also the safety line included is a nice bonus. Overall I'd say if I buy any stands I'm buying more of these! ... show more

  • Best treestand for long hunts
I liked everything about this treestand after hunting in it for two seasons, I purchased another one for a different location. The assembly is a breeze. It comes with a safety line and harness (not the best harness, but works) and the hang-on strap. It has a very comfortable seat and does not make any noises when shifting your weight around. Overall I am very pleased with this treestand. ... show more
