I bought this watch earlier in April and intentionally waited for some time before submitting a review. The watch looks great. The alternative straps - I bought silver metal and orange plastic - look great. The metal strap gives the watch an elegant look. A product at this price tag should have some limitations so do not expect an apple watch. The sleep function is very basic so you do not get any analysis It disconnects from my iphone every once in a while but connecting is very easy so I don't make it an issue The battery life was three days at the beginning now it is down to two days The app is very limited Not easy to sync your contacts On the good side There are many faces you can select The health measurements are fairly accurate The exercise selection range is impressive and calorie measurement is accurate The speaker is fine for taking phone calls You can limit incoming messages to avoid constant warning. I am just receiving whatsapp messages for example One final note on customer service: I had an issue last week when the watch did stop turning on the screen with wrist movement. I had contacted their whatsapp hotline. They have replied as soon their business day started and solved my problem. I love the look of this watch. Most smart watches have the square face and rubber strap but I prefer the round face and metal strap. Just like their manual said, I requested two extra links for the metal band and got them sent to me for free. Seems pretty decent in quality but I don't think it's very accurate. When I compare my step counter with Google Fit they are always different by a lot. Sometimes it says I'm sleeping when I'm just sitting down. Has some nice features. I like the heart rate and weather a lot. I never seem to lose connection to my phone, but my phone is never more than 15ft away. Battery is at 50% right now and I've only charged it once in the last month or so and it charged quickly. ... show more

I bought this as my first smartwatch, wanting originally to use as a fitness tracker and maybe explore some of the conveniences. Good reviews and a decent price - better than going through box stores and the cellular companies. The watch arrived quickly in a small box. It takes a bit to adjust the size in the very nice steel band (you'll need some pliers), but the box comes with a removal tool. Smart. It's a big watch, but is quite comfortable on the wrist. The watch comes about 80% charged, but you need to hook it up to the supplied charger before you sync it with your phone. It doesn't support wireless charging, but I don't think that's going to be an issue - battery life is very good (so far). Sync is pretty easy (Android; Samsung) but you need to use their app, FitCloudPro. If you try to just sync it with Bluetooth, it won't connect. Expect to spend some time playing with it to figure out how it works. The "manual" (2×1"; hope your eyes are good!) just covers the basics. But once you set it up the way you want it, it's pretty easy. The app and watch are set up mostly as a fitness device - there are TONS of exercise modes you can choose from; pick what you want and push them to the phone via the app (although it only holds two extra exercise modes than what's already on the watch. Hula hoop? REALLY?). Also, there are a lot of watch faces to choose from built into the app. Pick what you want, but it only stores one face along with the ones that are on the watch to begin with. Now here's where the watch shows its price - the app doesn't allow loading any extra apps. You're stuck with what you get. If you're cool with that, you'll be fine. If you want to be really productive with your watch (GPS, maps, reminders, lists, etc. ), you'll have to wait until the app is expanded/overhauled. There is a service email which they responded to quickly, so I'll give them props for that. So it's a good watch - nice build, long battery, easy to read.
