Crafted from premium 16-gauge, 304 grade (18/10) stainless steel, this Miligore sink provides quality you can trust. This commercial-grade material resists bowing, warping, or denting, as well as corrosion and rust, even with high-volume use. Sinks are expertly finished with a scratch-resistant, satin grain surface, which helps to maintain a beautiful appearance and lasting appeal. To improve the flow of water and food debris to the rear-set drain, the sink features subtle integral channels which slope the bottom of the sink toward the drain. A bottom grid is included which further improves drainage, and provides extra protection from heavy use. Each sink is built with best of class soundproofing technology to minimize noise. The drain opening is industry standard size (3-1/2"), and will accept either standard drain (included) or any garbage disposal unit (not included). Sink features a laser etched logo and includes a high-quality basket-strainer drain assembly, a stainless-steel bottom grid, sink mounting template and instructions. Overall dimensions (flange-to- flange): 30" wide (recommended 33" minimum sink base cabinet) x 18" front-to- back. Interior bowl dimensions: 28" wide x 16" front-to-back x 10" deep. Stainless steel ratings are tricky because its the reverse of the higher number being better. The lower gauge stainless the better quality the sink. The Milgore sink is 16 gauge stainless and comes with soundproofing to minimize noise. They're are soft slightly recessed channels at the bottom to help move resides from food toward the drain. The reason I purchased this sink was the high star ratings and I wasn't disappointed. I researched amazon and found many of the stainless steel sinks to have poor customer reviews (didn't drain well, noisy, etc.) . I only had this installed for a week before the scratches started. Now there are a ton of scratches. I asked the seller to address, but they said I couldn't return because I didn't have the original packaging. I was unaware I would have any issues since the description said scratch resistant. They did give me a small partial refund, but I am still very unhappy with it and wanted to let you know before you purchase how easily it scratches. ... show more
