My husband looked for a long time for a new Smith Machine after we had to get rid of the one we purchased from another company. He read the reviews of this product and decided to order it. We are so glad we did. It was less expensive than the one we purchased before and the quality of this one is 10 times better. We could tell from the moment we took the items out of the box that this was a great product. We were able to build it together and it looks great in our home. I also want to point out that their customer service was excellent after one of the pieces was damaged in transit. When we communicated the issue to the seller, they immediately responded and sent a replacement part right away. The machine itself as a whole is nice, it has good quality materials and everything works as it should. Putting it together, other than the base, nothing lines up perfectly so you will have to pull and push the bars to line them up, doesn’t mean it’s wonky or wobbly, or it sits uneven or anything, once it’s all together it’s great, and the instructions aren’t bad but they could definitely be better. If you’re picky and a*** about stuff, for the cost of this machine the brand sign will probably bug you because it’s not cutout into the metal how the picture shows, it’s just a sticker, so it looks very cheap and cheesy. ... show more
