Received 1 box with no notice of a 2nd box. Was shocked at all the missing parts. Finally got ahold of a Mikolo rep and found out there was a 2nd box still en route. It arrived 2 days later with all parts accounted for. I recommend pulling up the pdf directions online in addition to the enclosed directions for more clarity. Tip: work out the pulley cable connections before you start bolting together. Assembly took me about an hour solo, just needed my son to hold top bar once. Very happy with the completed product. Sturdy and very functional. Recommend this for home gym. I did buy some additional weight holders that pin into the back posts. ... show more

This is a very good setup for the casual workout person. It does everything I need it to do as was in my price range. Its a little on the shaky side if you don't have all your plated weights resting on their bars. For example, when I first put it together my plated weights were still in-route to my home. I went to do some pull ups and the whole thing was a little shaky. Be careful without the plated weights on it, it is VERY easy to pull forward and it your not paying attention, it will fall forward (without the plated weights on it) ... show more

To start off the product was delivered missing a box and it was the one with instructions and all the tools and hardware so it was useless until I received the other box. Amazon said the item was delivered when I got the first box, the seller should have sent them together or not updated as delivered until the product in its totality was delivered. Once I received the other box I noticed there was already some rusting on many or the pieces including the handles that aren’t even made of metal so I don’t understand how there was rust covering them and everything had tons of dust all over every single piece even though it was wrapped in seperate bags, there was missing hardware luckily the sent spare parts so I was able to make do with those, honestly just spend the extra money on a real gym set. I also noticed that a lot of the pieces aren’t the metal thickness that’s described in the description of the item, a lot of the pieces bent inward from the bolts in place and I used the tools provided so if you think I am so strong that I was able to bend thick metal with a millimeter thick wrench and an Allen wrench than good for me I suppose but in all reality this just isn’t a quality item it isn’t even square when you’re done building it also the instructions are incredibly difficult to make sense of, I was a professional mover so I have had tons of experience assembling and disassembling all kinds of furniture and home gyms and this still took me hours to build because of the complexity of the instructions and missing hardware. Truly buyer beware, it’s not what you think you are getting, the quality is terrible, in the end just spend a little more or do a bit more careful research on reviews and product description. Update the customer service reps reached out immediately and made it right offering replacement pieces and other solutions. I’m am very happy with the outcome and customer service of this seller will be buying more products from them in the future based of the customer service alone ... show more

Great home gym rack, especially if you have shorter ceilings. Sturdy enough so far and pretty simple to put together. It helps if you have your own tools for assembling such as a ratchet and socket. Customer service was great, there was a slight issue with one of the dip bars and they sent out a replacement asap. Would recommend to anyone for a home gym ... show more

I cannot believe I waited so long to get one of these power racks, it’s completely transformed my workout routine and regimen. I workout 5 days a week 1-1.5 hours per day, solely because this rack makes it so convenient. My progress has been incredible. I’ve only had this two months but gains are super noticeable. After I added more cables and pulleys, this rack is now next level and wicked versatile!! Around $95 extra cost on my own. As you can see in the pics, the rack comes with the lat pull-down cable in the middle. But I added two 197” cables as well and twelve 90mm cable machine pulleys. Now I can do high and low crossover workouts. I also rigged it so I can do rows at seat level as well as on the floor as the rack is originally designed. Because everything is in one package, I can easily tackle major muscle groups efficiently and I don’t get discouraged from cutting workouts short due to lack of equipment. I can do barbell squats anytime. I can do chest workouts with high and low cable flyes and the awesome dip bar attachments. I can hit biceps with the high and low cable flyes as well as triceps with the rope pull-down. I can crank major back workouts with wide grip lat pulldown, floor and seat level rows with a double d bar, and pull ups with the upper bar. Then misc trap, butt/leg, and shoulder workouts due to all the cables. Best of all, I really can just leave this all attached and not have to switch things around too much. Other than maybe taking a handle attachment off here or there between days. This also has the ability to take standard 1” plates as well as Olympic 2” too. There’s a sleeve on the lat pull-down portion that can adapt either plate size. I already had 250 lbs of standard 1” plates already and long barbell for this rack. Last thing I want to touch on is the space requirement. All the other racks were large and so the little space I have in my game room/workout room are very limited. This rack fit absolutely perfect. Assembling was a bit of a pain as my space is tight, but once it’s together its footprint is minimal. I did not attach the left and right side plate holders because those were made for 2” only so that saved me quite a bit of width. My measuring tape indicates 54” deep, 45” wide, and 80” height. My width is actually around 70” because I have the barbell on there for squats. Get this rack! You won’t regret it!! ... show more
