I never ever break out but recently have under my chin and they are big and deep zits that hurt to the touch. I have these a try and they work MAGIC over night. The Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch Micropoint has become my go-to solution for those stubborn blemishes that pop up overnight. I’m very impressed with how well these patches work! Good 1. Targets Early-Stage Blemishes: These patches are specifically designed for early-stage blemishes, and they work wonders! I applied one at the first sign of a breakout, and it significantly reduced the size and redness by the next morning. 2. Gentle Yet Effective: The micropoints deliver active ingredients directly into the skin without causing irritation. I have sensitive skin, and I was worried about trying something new, but the patch was gentle and didn’t cause any discomfort. Bad 1. Works Best on Early Blemishes: These patches are most effective when used at the very early stages of a blemish. If the blemish is more developed, I found they didn’t have the same dramatic effect. The media could not be loaded. Removes gunk. Works as advertised. Box and inner sealed green package are easy to open, twist open the plastic box that holds the 8 bandages. (Is that were all the $$ goes?!?) Then use a tweezer to remove bandage and apply otherwise it sticks to your fingers and you make a mess of the ($13 box of 8 for $1.62/per round bandage). Comes off easily and doesn’t hurt. Although, unless you’re using it for a tiny pimple that’s coming you’ll probably use TWO OR THREE of these on one upcoming pimple. Because using 1 doesn’t seem to be enough, 2 seems minimum. I’ve also found that using a 3rd just to be sure it’s completely gone and doesn’t come back & irritate your face/skin is the best use of your purchase. That makes your pimples pretty darn expensive when you’re putting (2-3 from a box of 8) $5 worth of product on ONE pimple. I don’t know about you, but I often have more than 1 pimple at a time, as well as more than 1 during a break out. Which makes the box of 8 nowhere near enough and entirely too “wicked” expensive to purchase these with any kind of “regularity”. Unless you have lots of money to throw around, my guess is someone who gets pimples on a regular basis, that this box would be a very expensive way to deal with it. Although it works, it’s doesn’t seem financially feasible. This is a great product but unless you have a lot of disposable income, I would find another product that’s less expensive to do the job. -Sheerness? Hits the mark - 5 stars. -Ease-Of-Use? TOO easy to use. 8 fingernail sized round bandages inside a plastic folded box, sealed inside a green plastic bag, inside an outer box for $13 So that’s roughly $1.62/per round bandage which is empty in 3-7 days 😳. This is really weird to use because it has all of these little points all over it that push into your skin. It doesn’t hurt. It’s just odd, but it does seem to work well for draining potential blemishes on your face.

    • Not effective for deep blind pimples

I always keep a pack of these micro dart patches on hand for large pimples. They’re pricey but they do work well on acne that is close to the surface of the skin. The darts don’t hurt. It feels like gently pressing Velcro to your face and they come right off without pain or issue. However they are useless on deep blind pimples or cystic acne that refuses to come to a head. I’ve made the mistake of going through a whole pack of these to treat such pimples to no avail. In those situations nothing topical will ever have any kind of effect— I just have to wait weeks until they resolve on their own. So if you’re buying these for deep acne, perhaps save your money. ... show more
