This pack is great for grocery runs, and I use it in combination with the Topeak Trolley Tote, which it fits into well, with enough room for the lock and cable in the tote box as well. It's great to have this backpack when you "overflow" the trolley tote box on a shopping trip; you just carry the extras in the pack on your back. I used it all summer to hold cold items, and it works well for that, but I'd also recommend on 100F days to bring an ice pack with you if it's a really long ride home. The backpack itself easily holds two six-packs of cans, or two half gallons (or one single full gallon) of milk with room to spare. An inside pouch at the top is good for the now-ubiquitous medical masks and a set of sunglasses, keeping them secure but also in reasonably easy reach. Front pockets on the back pack aren't huge but are good for "flattish" type things like phone, gloves, bungie cords, etc. Great value! ... show more

The first one of these I bought in 2018 was incredible. It served as my work cooler. I work in public safety, so it was great to have a solid leakproof cooler that I could put in and out of patrol cars for long details, shifts, and events. I bought another one about 5-6 months ago, and it has sprung a major leak somehow. I don't keep it near any sharp items. I bought this 2 months ago for when we ride bikes but recently we went to the Smokey mountains and we used it the entire week. It was never unpacked, we just dumped the water and replaced the ice. Ice, ice packs, melted ice, drinks, lunch meat, bottles water, dips, fruit, and cheese stayed in this bag. It never leaked. The bottom does have a little condensation after the ice packs and fresh ice have been sitting for a bit. That’s no biggy to us. We used it on our hiking trips thru the mountains and caves. I will probably order this as gifts for Christmas for family. I did order the chest strap to attach to it too, it helps to keep the backpack from pulling down on shoulders. I think they should add a strap to their bag!! I did read before purchasing where for other people it leaked but I took my chances and thus far it has not. Just this past week alone I got money worth’s. Also extra tip and to save space inside the backpack..... I would pick up extra mayo and ketchup pkts when we ate out to put in the outside pockets so I didn’t have a big bottle of mayo in the bag bc we took a bunch of bottled water. I got this to use at the lake. When I got it I unzipped the zippers, there was a few strands that I seen coming undone. I just used my lighter and it fixed it. After heavy use still perfect. I went to the dollar store and got a six pack of water, I filled with ice. I put it in my truck and went to get gas. The pack fell over and I noticed a leak at the top where you zip the zipper closed at the top. But that is fine. The rest of the back don't leak at all. It has two side mesh storage, ont on both sides. It has two smaller storage in the front and another on the very top in the inside, for things you want to keep dry when the ice melts. I was playing around and can fit a 17pc cook set on Amazon in the top storage. Its not easy tho to strap down but it fits. And I did fit the solo camp stove in the front storage as well. I love this. You can take six bottled waters and pack it with ice and take a solo stove plus a 17pc cook set for this price and it don't leak as long you don't lay it on its side. I ... show more
