When it comes to deep conditioning I want something that is really thick, full of good nutrients for my hair, has a good smell, is easy to apply, and is noticebly different then my everyday conditioner and this mask does just that! Now I do leave it on for the max time in the shower which is 15-20 minutes but it's worth it and once you style your hair you will notice why and after continued use the shedding decreases and the split ends start to go away. If you add the oil you will notice your hair growing like weeds! I have curly hair and I am mixed and this works great for my hair eliminates my frizz even during the hot summer months and protects my hair during the cold winter months as well! Nice smell, hair shines and hair looks healthier. It was easy to use. usage was listed on the back of the bottle in easy to read text. first use I noticed it didn't weigh down my baby fine hair which is wonderful since most hair masks have ususlly over moisturized my hair and made it too soft and fly away hard to style. Also noticed it gave my hair some natural curls too.this is first time I've used it. I can't comment on how good the hair growth is yet will come back within a few weeks let you know how it works. believe the reviews for this (and the other mielle hair products). this stuff in SO GOOD! the most expensive hair masks i have ever used were kerastase and sisley-paris, and both were wonderful but were INSANELY priced. like, ridiculously expensive, but i paid the high price anyways because they worked. THIS MASK WORKS BETTER AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! it is so rare these days to find products (in any category) that are actually high quality/work as advertised when they're not exorbitantly priced, but mielle is an exception. i have never ever found a brand that works so great at such a good price (and just in general). everything i have tried from this brand has been a 10/10! love love love! ... show more
