bought two of them both keyboards are very dirty and greasy. one of them came scratched up with a skin trying to cover it. came with black stuff by the speakers I was able to get it off with alcohol. on one of the MacBooks the E key and left command key come off easily. it also didn't come with OME apple charger or cable. I ordered refurbished excellent some keyboard keys are erased . The battery needs to be serviced . Really not sure what to think ... just got it so will be testing to see if anything pops up .

I have had for quite a few months now, no issues whatsoever. Runs beautifully. I use it primarily for photography editing. Dumping mass quantities of raw images and it doesn’t bog down or panic. I highly recommend. With amazons return policy, you can’t go wrong.

Bought this for my daughters graduation present so she can have it for college. Battery went out and will cost the same amount we paid for the computer in order to repair. It’s just a paperweight now

Arrived dented when I paid for "EXCELLENT" condition. I have reached out to customer support with no feedback. This was an expensive laptop, it takes a ling time to load images and certain programs are not working 100%.
