First of all this is a refurbished/preowned console and I didn’t catch that when I first ordered it. Secondly, it has performed just like it’s supposed to. It took about 5 hours to transfer all my data from my older Xbox One and then I played on it for another 2 hours. Did just fine and I’m really happy with it. Being a refurbished console you may get a controller that’s a different color or something (I got a blue one) but it works just fine. The console was clean and in very good repair and condition. It even SMELLED clean. It wasn’t in the original box but it was packed in another box and great care was taken to pack it well and the console was even wrapped in plastic to prevent dust buildup. This refurbished Xbox Series S exceeded my expectations. The product was re-packaged as if it was brand new. It came with all the accessories and a controller as advertised. As soon as I turned it on, I was able to set it up and begin using it. So far I’ve played a couple games on it with no issues and I hope to get a good life out of the console. I bought this since I needed to upgrade but didn’t want to break the bank. The first XBox Series S I received would overheat within 10 minutes of turning it on even with a cooling fan directed at it. BTW, it also took almost three weeks for the order to arrive. I scheduled a return and opted to try for a swap instead of requesting my money back. I figured the odds of having an issue twice in a row were slim. Little did I know! The second XBox SeriesS arrived and I started to set it up. I was able to get everything on-line, updates applied, and connected to my XBox account, etc. However, the system would reboot constantly. Even with several hard restarts the system wouldn’t stay up and running. I sent the thing back and requested a refund. BTW, when you ship these back, even when requesting a replacement, you pay for the shipping. Second note. I had to finally contact Amazon because the vendor never refunded the money back to my credit card. Recommend buying new, if you can. Otherwise at least stay away from this vendor. ... show more
