My high schooler takes showers at school after early morning athletics. These towels & washcloths absorb well and dry fast. We were looking for some that would replace traditional cotton towels (that stay wet/can mildew inside locker and not wanting to haul home and back daily). We washed them & she tried at home first. Loved! Took to school and now leaves 2 towels & a washcloth hanging inside her athletic locker without concern. They are slightly damp, but nothing like the regular ones. Thinner than most towels so don’t take up as much room, but absorb well and dry faster. And they’re soft, not rough. We bought the dark gray color first, then returned - the black trim on it looks like something you use to wash cars. Replaced with the Light Teal (it looks more like a soft lighter blue, but not “baby” blue). Beautiful color & teen girl approved! Happy with this purchase. Very soft and comfy. The fibers are also very fine so they can soak up a lot of water. But do remember to use dryer sheets with this product or you'll be zapped by the static.

I'm tired of all my towels not being soft after a few months even though I'm buying good quality towels from Lands..... So I thought I would look here and came across these very inexpensive priced towels but really only looked at the color and the reviews and thought why not. I admit when I received them I thought THIS is 8 pieces?? Took them out of the package and they had a horrible smell and were like the microfiber cloths I use to dust and clean things with, so I thought well I didn't spend much so don't expect much. I washed them and there was no smell afterwords which was great and I just now took a shower and it takes some getting used to because they have a totally different feel than a regular towel, but I will say to dry off with it was great and they are so soft, and I always wipe down my shower with the same towel and it literally worked better than my regular towel, so I have to say I'm impressed and will buy another set! I ordered 4 sets to update my towels. These are super soft, feel like a thin fleece throw blanket and not a towel. Will take a bit to get used to. They are absorbent, but not if you quickly just rub yourself. You need to hold it in for a bit and it absorbs right away. I like these towels, but my daughter doesn’t. She says it feels like after she dries, she is still wet. I also didn’t read everything about these. I ordered grey and they have a black hard border around all of the towels including the washcloths. These are not fancy showy towels for the guest bathrooms. The black border looks really weird.
