I take these everyday. They are easy to swallow but you will burp up oregano at some point in your day. There are 300 gel caps in this pack, so it is quite a good deal. I've been taking them for a month so I really can't say if they are helping me or not yet but I feel better. They also have black seed oil in them which has a million benefits. Just received my package today the pills are not that bill they do have a strong orégano smell obvious they are oregano oil pills will update hopefully these make me feel better.
