Very easy install, user friendly hardware (dummy proof). Easy readable display, also user friendly, and the best part is I can control the unit via WiFi to control the temp. It works! Im super excited that I can set my thermostat & leave it alone. The intallation was easy, the programming was easy, but getting it to connect was difficult. I was however able to get it to connect without contacting the manufacture. Great find, great buy!

    • Fixed all my issues with Dometic!
I upgraded our thermostat from the stock CT touch Dometic thermostat to the Micro-Air and from day one I was like WOW! This is what I should have gotten with my RV. The thermostat works flawlessly and solves some of the Dometic issues like icing lockups on the compressor and fast cycling. You can set how many degree the thermostat should kick on after so no more fast cycling after the temp goes down only one degree. I'm lucky to have a WiFi signal, so I can turn on the thermostat on the way up to camp. Awesome design and awesome company. ... show more

Ordered a Dometic thermostat from a amazon seller and it did not work correctly. Surprise!!!. Finally had enough of trying to get a Working OEM replacement and a Seller who will not accept my return because THEY said it was "Used". Now I know why they are not a "Amazon Prime" Seller. So I ordered and installed this Microtouch RV Thermostat from Hutch Mountain, and I could not be happier. Wish I had done this to start with and saved myself the money and trouble. It was supper Easy to install. If you are even thinking of Replacing your Dometic thermostat, do your self a favor and order this one. It has lots of features that I have wanted since I purchased my 2018 Jayco,. Especially WIFI that allows you to monitor or set temp from anywhere. Also if you want to save and protect your Dometic AC unit, consider the Micro-Air EasyStart. I highly recommend it. ... show more

1) I paid for expedited shipping, it took 5 days and I received USPS ground. Don't bother. 2) Although there is zero information about which one to order based on your A/C type, trust me you are probably ordering the wrong one. If you insist on ordering this make sure you get the right one, good luck with that because there's no information as to which one is right. 3) I couldn't actually tell you if the product is any good because it doesn't match up to my a/c. ... show more
