My course is relatively flat at 7200 yards. For the first outing it still had 50% battery meter level at 45 holes. The Caddy is easy to setup and calibrate. My walking speed was between speeds 4-5 while the unit has 9 speeds. I use a Ping Hoofer bag that I used to occasionally carry for 9 holes. The bungee cords are a little too large to hold that type bag well but you can modify that easily. Wheels are easy to disengage for pushing the cart if needed. Since my course restricts carts in the fairway while the grass is dormant, this makes golfing enjoyable. I'm able to keep up with my group of 4 in their private carts that are constantly getting the clubs out of the bag to walk to their ball. So, am very pleased with my purchase. Feb 21 - Ran the unit till the battery quit. It lasted 54 holes. The remote still had plenty of battery power. After 2 months of use at a couple rounds per week. There have been no issues. While undergoing some heart issues, my wife purchased the MGI for me. It is a quality product. Using it allowed me to play our local, hilly golf course...continuing to get exercise without the strain of pulling or pushing a cart uphill. I continue to use it just for the fun of it. The MGI Navigator is a great trolley. The design is excellent, and it was very easy to set up and use. On the course, it easily traversed the terrain and is rock-solid. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Shipping was also extremely fast and flawless!

I've used electric carts for more than 10 years. The MGI Zip Navigator is the best cart I've used. My favorite feature is the gyroscope. WIth previous carts I had to pay a lot of attention to the cart path since they changed direction on side hills. The Navigator stays on line on side hills. It's very fast. I've taken to getting to the general area of my ball when I'm in the rough and just stopping it. It's so fast that I can get it to me in a few seconds. So I'm focused on finding the ball, not the cart. I have turned it over once in the first 10 rounds. It has a relatively short rear wheelbase and you have to be careful on side hills. The cart battery and the remote battery have been great. After an 18 hole round on a pretty hilly course they still shows full. I'm sure I could get at least 36 holes with no problem. The remote is very sensitive and takes a little getting used to turning but that took the front 9. It's a little heavier than my previous carts but still easy to get in and out of the trunk with the battery removed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If you’re like me, you probably read every review in this product. I can honestly tell you, every negative review I found was irrelevant and BS. The MGI Zip Navigator is a TANK, I put this thing to the test, it doesn’t flip easy unless you’re running it on a cliff. If the angle is too steep for you ankles and feet then you definitely will need to redirect your caddy to better terrain. I play 3-5 times a week. Had it for less than a week and recommend it 100%. I also got most of the accessories; the cooler, the seat, and the score card holder. One of the key points for my purchase was that I wanted a caddy with turning front wheel. There are more out there like the walk behind type but I was not looking at spending $2k on a electric caddy. ... show more

It’s very unstable on hilly golf courses. I had to put a 5 lb weight in the bottom of my golf bag to keep it from turning over several times a round. You can steer it manually on flat ground, but when you really need it to, it won’t change direction manually until you steer it with the remote. God help you if you forget the battery and try to freewheel it. It was freewheeling for 5 holes before one of the wheels stopped freewheeling and jammed. The last 4 holes were like pushing a wheelbarrow full of bricks. One of the wheels is now stuck between engaged and freewheeling. It won’t go on all the way or come off anymore.     • Stability is lacking
Small front wheel makes travel over uneven ground. Service center has yet to respond. Not all contact numbers in documents are not all correct. Service is required every 6 months only service centers listed are in Arizona and California. Motor is good. Folds nicely.
