I go through a lot of zip ties, because our chicken coop has a netting around it, that has to be zip tied to the poles. But after so long, they snap and break. We find them on the ground all the time. So I wanted to find a better quality as the ones we keep getting are to frail. I found these and decided to give it a try. They are a lot thicker, easy to thread and lock into place. We have had them up for about a month now and not one has broken off, already way better than what we had. I used these to secure a brake cable on a bicycle and had to crimp them around the cable to make it sort of tight, they hold a lock but I couldn't find a way to since them down tight around a metal tube

We just bought a trailer and the electrical harness on it hung loose. When it’s not being used it could be damaged, so I bought these stainless steel cable ties to secure the harness. Stainless won’t rust so that was a factor. Living in a hot, sunny environment I like that the ties are UV resistant & are rated to withstand high heat. These are better than plastic ties for a situation like this. Three zip ties were just fine to hold the harness in place & were easy to apply.
