Been using it a bit longer feels flimsy but has held up well enough. Can't complain will post if it breaks or comes apart but so far so good can't complain fabric doesn't catch on the foot . Wire jiggles a bit.

When installed on Singer model 6234, when you put the foot down, it was still 1/4 inch above the fabric. Damaged when trying to get it to work so I couldn't return it. My fault not theirs that I couldn't return it

I purchased this free motion sewing foot to use with my Brother SE625 and leather needles to be able to sew patches on my leather vest. After watching YouTube videos and seeing how it was much easier to do with the free motion technique, I chose this foot. It was simple to install and simple to use. I practiced on a sample piece of fabric, and then I was off to the races. I had zero issues with the foot, and I had my patches all sewn on my vest in no time. Used this foot to make the tree for my advent calendar. I have a low shank old brother machine. This easy super easy to install. It was working beautifully for the first two sections of the Christmas tree. Then suddenly, it started glitching and snapping my needles in half. I mean...a lot of needles. I went through maybe six finishing my tree off. I switched to a different foot for my brother machine and no more snapping needles. I don’t know what the heck happened. I tried removing the stuffing, repositioning the needle, checking my sewing machine for any junk that got stuck, restrung my machine up, etc etc. Kept. Snapping. Needles. ... show more
