I have never owned a merino wool shirt as I always thought it would b scratchy. Well, I am pleased to say that it feels very comfortable, and I will be keeping this purchase and buying another color. The sizing is also pretty true. I hate when I buy a large & the lower part of the shirt is too tight. This shirt has a nice curvy cut with a bit of a flare at the waist, so it fits well. I bought this shirt for travel, and the trip is still in the future. But I’ve washed and worn the shirt to see how well I would tolerate a wool shirt on a warm day. It is not quite as soft as another Merino shirt I have, but the price point was right and the shirt is not itchy. The color is exactly right, and I especially like the tiny stripes. This was my first time wearing a merino wool top. It worked well while hiking in terms of not being too hot, feeling soft, comfortable and not scratchy, having a v-neck, and not holding odor over two days even though it was sweat-soaked at times. All great features! However, while wearing it did stretch out somewhat, looking baggy and losing its shape. It also acquired some picks in the fabric but I realize this might be the case with all merino wool garments, I really dk since it's my first experience. I will say it was not being treated gently since it was worn two days under a heavy backpack. Maybe with less intense activities these concerns would not be a factor ... show more

Super soft, fit better than expected, great in hot weather, breathable, wears well multiple days with zero odor! I washed in cold and laid flat on drying rack. Love the two shirts I ordered and will order more!

and this shirt sold me on it! I had bought a couple of other cheaper wool blend t-shirts first because I'm cheap and really couldn't see spending as much on a t-shirt as some places charge. I really liked the cheaper tees I got, but they were thin, so I only slept in them or wore them as an undershirt. I kept thinking wouldn't it be cool to have a t like this but one I wore out and about? So I decided to try this one, and I love it! It's thicker than the cheap ones I bought, but still a light t-shirt weight. The color is so rich and beautiful--I got the purple. I got an xl and it's super comfortable, but is a bit big on me--I could probably wear a large for a more tailored look. (5'6'' 170 lbs, DD bra size) They really help regulate temperature well (though I still don't think I'd want to wear merino anything when it is 80+) and they regulate odor too--left out overnight most odors disappear. They are still pricey for tees for me, but certainly so much cheaper than some of the more well known brands, and I'll likely buy more! UPDATE: ok, I wore the t-shirt to work today. I walk a mile each way from where I park to work. It was 89 degrees today. The shirt was fabulous, and felt better and more breathable than cotton, and no soggy feeling sweats. There was also a near 40 temp difference from where morning to afternoon, and this shirt was great at regulating body temp. Yeah, I'm ordering more colors! ... show more

Ordered this shirt for a trip to Banff. Haven’t gone yet but just put the shirt on and love it! Great fit, perfect length, soft, pretty color! I will be ordering more for the trip. Currently wearing in the Arizona summer heat and I am very comfortable!

This shirt is very soft and stretchy. The fit is quite flattering, somewhat fitted without being tight. The sleeves are short, but not super-short. The overall shirt length, even after laundering, is great--not too short or too long. Body odor seems non-existent, even after wearing the shirt for several days. If I try, I can catch the fragrance of my deodorant, but no one else would likely notice. The color I got goes perfectly with blue denim. The shirt is rather thin, so appropriately-colored undergarments are preferable. I don't think I would get a lighter color due to possible show-through. Darker colors with darker underwear is the way to go with this soft and not-at-all-scratchy wool shirt. ... show more
