I didn't like the way this drum sounded. It is a practice snare drum and I should have paid more attention to that. It is probably fine for a kid. There are lots of parts, a stand, a drum pad. I would use this snare at Madison square garden if I had to
This is a solid snare for a beginner or a professional, it's really good for low volume gigs just due to the way the shells bearing edge is cut and rolled inward. I'm my opinion though it's really crisp, sensitive and articulate. The only small, miniscule gripe I have is that the throw off lever on m
y snare is different from the one pictured in the listing, but, on the other side of that, it's actually an impressive lever for this price point, I'd definitely recommend it to a professional for a low cost "beater" snare (obviously though it's definitely worth the money though.
