I really enjoy this shirt, such a great and unusual design, and it gets comments and compliments when I wear it. That said, the comfort level is what you would expect from a linen garment, not too bad, but not particularly soft. Order at least two sizes up, the sizing is way off. Shirt seems to be nice but it’s also on the thin side. The initial photo on Amazon is a bit deceiving and seems to make the shirt look thicker than it actually is. To be fair, it is listed as a linen shirt, so one should likely know that it is thin. Because it is thin, it should be comfortable and warmer weather. Fit seems to run true to size. 5’7”, 210 pounds, 44” chest and the XXL is a little large, and slightly long in the arms. Possibly could have got a way with an XL size. ... show more

This long sleeve shirt is surprisingly lightweight is made of great material and fits perfectly. The thickness is just right and the material is breathable to where you won't get too hot but you also won't get too cold either. The slaves were at a perfect length and you can fold them and they will not be too bunky. I love the medieval design. It makes for a perfect Viking shirt for Halloween costume which I am going to use it for. It also would make a great shirt just to wear around town during the Autumn or winter times or going out clubbing with your friends. To start out, the look and cut of these shirts is nice. It is mostly linen so it's got all those linen qualities (wrinkles and thin). I ordered 3 colors and 3 sizes. Quality control on sizing was good except for one of the several I had purchased. Colors: in real life they are slightly different. The coffee is more of an olive green/brown or what I'd call 'rotten coffee'. Sizing: Depending on the shirt I generally wear Med or Large depending on cut but following what other reviews stated I ordered L, XL and 2XL. The 2XL was like a sail, I was swimming in it. Large was similar to a t-shirt large but didn't have that medieval or yogi feel and was restrictive. In the end 1 size up was the best for that more loose feel. Washing: This is where I have to take away a star. The rivets for string at top were not embedded deep enough into fabric and require a washer bag unless you have other garments that you'd like to take a food processor blade to. I used pliers to help but even then it felt more like a bandaid fix. I'd buy again and it'll serve its purpose. ... show more

It's what's discribed...however sizing. Top half of reviews say small. Bottom half say run too small. The bottom half is correct. Too small normal a 2x...went 3x probly would have been happier with the 4 but the 3 will work for what I need.... But it will be a one night deal and done.

My husband was wearing between a extra large and 2XL shirt when I ordered this and we went with the 2xL and I’m glad I did, it ran a little small. Besides that, I thought it was great, and was well worth the money.

Product was made out of quality. Materials fit well felt good enough considering the materials it was made of. I had to wash it a couple of times and it washed some of it scratchiness. Held up well to washing color looks great. This will definitely be a part of my costumes going forward.

Fit great; I can't wait to take a pic with it; I mixed it with samurai sandals and samurai hat and samurai sword umbrella, looks great I think just waiting for mom to dye her hair so I can take the family pic with her and step dad
