The material is soft and light weight. They look very nice. I like them so much in fact I bought several more in different colors. The one complaint I have is the material retains heat big time. That might be fine for most climates or if you are indoors but I live in the desert in Arizona. In direct sunlight when it was hot out they retainrd so much heat it felt like I was on fire. I don't know what the other reviewers are going on about saying these fit too tight lol. If anything they are a bit loose. I'm 5'8 195lbs, fit, and workout 6 days per week. I bought 2 mediums. They definitely have some breathing room, but not overly loose. They fit just about right for me. Sleeves are on the longer end...thats my main complaint (can't show off the guns lol). Also, these aren't tapered, so if you have a slight gut, you'll be fine. Waist is loose on me. Quality is really really good, and super soft and comfortable. Not bad for $17 a piece. These will work well in the summer months. Collar is good quality and nice shape that will hold a professional look under daily wear. Definitely a good buy. ... show more

The grey shirt pictured and the one sent are completely different in shade and texture, in fact I ordered a different shirt from another seller for four dollars less because I was trying to get different shades of grey, and when they arrived they were the exact same shirt. The length of these shirts are actually really short. When i raise my arms up you can see my belly button. Considering this is for kitchen work that's not a good thing. if your even remotely considered tall you may want to find a brand that offers "tall" sizing.
