I ordered large for a 36" waist, but not sure if they are small or the elastic is not tight enough. They literally keep sliding down on the backside, which to me would point to either weak elastic or sized too small. They feel great, but just don't fit like my old Hanes. I tried these because of the bamboo, and the do feel silky, and because I could get all BLACK, which Hanes refuses to do. Sounds like a Goodwill donation! ... show more

    • Bamboo boxer briefs
As a 40 year or so wearer of boxers, I tried some Duluth Trading boxer briefs and decided to make the change. There are some things to be aware of with these. You get 4 of the same color pattern and 1 other color pattern. They feel like nylon or other types of man made fibers. The boys are going to be sliding around if the pouch in front is a bit big and you butt will slide in the briefs when you sit down. The biggest issue for me is the briefs sit a bit lower at the waist than I like, especially in the back. Can you say instant butt crack? The briefs are very comfortable other than the above. The big test for me will be when the weather gets warmer, I can get a bit damp down below. So far they are fine but nothing like the Duluth Trading briefs which are the standard for how underwear should fit. ... show more

It is difficult to find truly comfortable underwear, after all it's not like you can try them on, then put them back if they don't feel good. But here I was happily surprised at the comfort of these. They are soft have the right amount of stretch, they don't ride up, and important to me, is that they don't go up to my navel. I got the 5 pack, today is day #4, and so far nothing but good things to say about these. I hope that they are a durable as they are comfortable.
