The product arrived as anticipated and works nicely, I have run several test prints. I was able to consult a few YouTube videos to walk me through the connection process to my iPhone. I must say that the user guide is terrible. The font is way too small to read and not helpful at all. A quick start guide would be nice, and perhaps a QR code to a larger, easy-to-read user document would be a welcome addition. The paper tears off clean and smooth, the images look good, and it's as I had hoped. I would like to get a smaller version to make travel use a bit easier, but I understand that such miniaturization takes time and/or money. For the price point, I find it to be a very good value in today's market. I am glad to own this printer. I will say this--I'm grateful that it didn't have the "bunny ears" like the picture showed... ... show more

Love this item. I’m having fun with it right now. Easy set up. They have options for iOS and Android users to download app. The only thing, is if you print pictures it will come out grainy, but I’m ok with it. It gets the job done.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this so I could print coding notes since writing them out on paper can be tedious. At first I felt like maybe this was a mistake since the text is so small but then I realized in the app you can twist the image sideways and zoom in right before printing to make things more legible. Tbh it’s a lovely little device because you can carry it anywhere. Great purchase!!!! ... show more

So much potential. Requires playing with machine and using paper to really get a feel for what your end product wants to look like depending on your application. Paper has to be threaded perfectly.
