The square stand and register work great. It is the printer that is completely horrible. After almost every receipt it prints, it malfunctions and either won't print, prints nothing but random characters, or cuts off half of the information. I have to disconnect and reconnect after every use in hopes that it doesn't malfunction the next time. The printer is almost unusable. ... show more

    • Theres a trick to get the drawer to open.

I was concerned about the complaints about the register not working with the Square. I let me husband set the register up. It took a minute to get it to work. He had to flip the drawer over and and manually open the register. Once he did that we have do issues.

Do NOT order this product. It is shipped by Amazon. In my package the printer failed to work. After an arduous installation of the cash drawer, was told a replacement printer was not an option. Only option was a full return which means days to weeks down and no business. As well as lost labor for drawer install. Rep was not sympathetic, and completely uninterested in exploring possible solutions. Bad product, bad service. Would not recommend Amazon for any business solutions. ... show more
