These seem like a really good product. I have been looking for a replacement for "Assets" for several years and it looks like this may be the one. However, I carefully read all the reviews, looked at the size chart ... It looked like I should order medium, so I ordered large because everyone said it ran small. The large was too small to get over my thighs and butt without cutting off the circulation. I have a pear shaped body, weight 154 and am 5'2. I am returning the large and ordering an extra large. I have been trying to find a replacement for the Spanx capri shapewear for years now. I hate wearing "thigh shapers" because of the demarcation that occurs; i.e., fat hanging under the seam! The capri allows for a smooth transition from the control panel to the hosiery. The Spanx hosiery section always get tears so easily, and they are pricey. These were so close to perfect. Unfortunately, the control panel doesn't come down far enough to smooth out the inner thighs and the back of the thighs. I sized up like some of the reviews suggested, but I should have stuck to my normal size because the hosiery section was too big and kept riding up my lower legs. I'm 5'4", weigh 140, and the large was too big. I loved that the stomach section didn't roll down. The control is FIRM and I think that's why others size up. I hope the company makes adjustments and adds just another couple inches to control the thigh area. If so, these would be perfect! For now, I'll wear with pants that are not slim fit, they still firm my stomach, butt and hips. ... show more

I used these once and they were comfortable but I got a runner in them pretty easy. I ended up cutting them down after I got the runner. Way too expensive for me to buy again.

I wore these in a different brand many years ago. They were discontinued & these are the first that I have found that are like sheer hose in the calf area. I don’t have to be concerned that a line will show in the calf area! I ordered 3 more pairs & plan on ordering more!!
