So a few things to note why I’m giving It two stars. It hasn’t been 72 hours yet but the mattress is at about 10 inches so I’m hoping it hits the 12 after 72 hours. When it comes to comfort I did a TON of research because I wanted something truly plush as reviews I read of so many that claimed to be plush were plush but firm! I did not want anything firm what so ever. The softness of the bed is perfect. It’s extremely comfy and a TRUE plush bed. Downside. I did not want to deal with a mattress return. The bed had a small hole in the fabric and snag once unwrapping. I decided to keep it instead of dealing with a return of a mattress like who has the patience for that and I’ve been sleeping on an air mattress and have had two mattress deliveries failed from another company so I don’t have the patience to wait for a new one now. I don’t believe the offered compensation in this situation was anywhere near what it should be as its brand new and I spent. Significant amount of money so that is the reason for the negative review. I plan on purchasing a mattress protector and hope that the hole isn’t going to get worse. But outside of that it’s extremely comfy and a true plush. ... show more

I bought this for my kids beds, I have to say they are the best mattresses I’ve ever bought! (If you like soft beds)... when we are putting our toddler to bed, either my husband or I lie down with him and it feels like a cloud. It’s literally heaven.. (I repeat: if you like soft beds)

I bought this for a camper van build as the dimensions and thickness seemed perfect. The overall size and thickness worked out great for me. The cover and outer materials seem really nice and look great as well. Unfortunately after finishing the van and going on some trips i've found that it bottoms out and sleeping on my side which causes me a lot of hip pain and trouble sleeping. My base is just plywood, so that may be the reason. If you had a base with springs, or mesh or something maybe it would not be as bad but I am 200 lbs and my girlfriend is about 120 and it sinks in enough to be uncomfortable for us. I added a 1" latex topper to try to see if it would remedy it adding something more dense on top. It helped slightly but not enough. ... show more

Love this bed! Yes it didn't get to the full 12" but I read the reviews and knew I would be good with 10". It is a little over. I have tried four mattresses, three over $1,000. This one is by far the most comfortable. I get better quality sleep and no soreness.

I got this for my daughter's (13 yo) full size bed. Her old one was bed in a bag but was foo firm so while shopping this time I searched all of amazon and settled on this one. Glad I did! Came on time, actually two days early, easy to set up remove plastic set on box spring and 24 hrs later she slept in her plush 10" mattress. She slept in extra long because it was so comfortable and as she says "she slept on cloud last night" I recommend to anyone who wants a plush mattress. ... show more

I was swayed to get this mattress in specific due to the reviews. I think I relied to heavily on them. I had of course looked at many others. But a lot are catered to a more “ firm” preference. But I wanted something a bit softer. Slept on it last night and it’s much more firm than I expected. I hope it takes a bit to “soften”. I did allow more than 3 days for it to air out and stretch. Did not inflate past 8 inches after 76 hours. I ordered the 10 inch. It was almost too soft. Anything in the bed will roll towards you when you lay down, like when i tried to lay with my baby. It was super hot too. I woke up sweating every time even with just a regular blanket. And the edges didn’t have much support. They would stay sunk in for a bit.
