These really do help your couch cushions feel a bit more firm. I feel that the price was fair for the item I received. It's not a junky item. I ordered one for my couch and love seat. It can definitely help extend the life of your sofa. I recommend buying this item if your couch doesn't feel as good as when you first got it. This is super easy to install. You just pull your cushions out, put this down, and put your cushions on top. The measurements for this item are accurate! So you need to measure your couch and love seat first to make sure it will work for your furniture. These fit perfectly with my furniture.

This product saved me from having to get rid of a sofa and buy a new one. My sofa wasn't even that old but the cushions were sagging badly. This board held them up so that the sofa can actually be sat on comfortably! Looks better too. So great!

TL;DR This worked exactly as promised, fit well, was to install and no weird smell. My couch wasn't really sagging, I just found that the seat cushions on my new sofa where too soft for my taste and this board did exactly that: it firmed up the seating, without making it too stiff. I worried that it might sag a bit at the bends but they don't. It came quickly and was easy to install. It has more weight that I expected, but it is totally worth it. Note: I am not sure who thinks a 78 inch couch is a 4-seater or that 24 inches is overly wide, but I was pleased that this fit my 3 seater perfectly-from back to front, from arm to arm is was maybe an inch to long, but the pleats make it easy to adjust.

I was skeptical about how this would work. I considered cutting plywood to fit my sectional instead. For the price, I thought I would try and these fit perfect and worked immediately. I'm impressed by how they fold up and are covered. These totally transformed my couch and offered more support. I would recommend this product.

Although my 10-year-old sofa looked to be in good shape and the foam in the cushions still seemed firm, I was beginning to have lower back pain from sinking in when sitting on it. I was considering going to a lumber supply to get a piece of plywood for under the cushions when I found this product. It's amazing how something so simple can make such a difference right away. My sofa is so much more comfortable now. I would highly recommend it to others.
