I heard really good things about this product for moisturizing from Brendan himself and really wanted to try it out. I enjoy how well it leaves your skin after applying and all-in-all feels amazing. My one complaint though is that Brendan says this product doesn’t have a beefy smell which I was excited about, but once I opened it up and applied it to my face I could definitely smell the tallow. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something but either way I will be using this product and will continue to buy more. ... show more

I am using this strictly as a moisturizer because I read the benefits for skin. It goes on fairly greasy (kind of like rubbing bacon grease on your body) but absorbs nicely after rubbing in for a bit. I’m not sure what other tallow is like but this does have a slight beefy scent! I’m not sure why others said it had no smell. Maybe I am sensitive to smells and I didn’t really smell it much sniffing in the jar, but when you apply it is definitely there. I have to use another moisturizer over the top to be sure I disguise it. It’s not over powering but you will definitely smell like you may have had beef stew for lunch when first applying it lol. ... show more

I've struggled with acne my entire life and I've been following Brendan on TikTok for a while now. I found this product from his videos and I've already noticed a difference after a couple days of using this beef tallow as a moisturizer! A tiny bit of it goes a long way and to me it doesn't smell that bad as the other reviews say.     • Great for cooking, and even moisturizing
I love this stuff! Perfect for searing a steak in a cast iron pan, or any other sort of high temp cooking. It also works great as a moisturizer. I find myself rubbing a small dab on my hands and knuckles during the winter when my skin dries out.
