Good quality of face paint!! Will buy again!! The paint doesn't left any pigment on my skin after I washed it off with just water and soap after 12 hours of wearing it. It's so easy to work with and just with a small amount of product you can cover such a big amount of skin, just use the right amount of water, mix it well with the face paint until it has a good consistency, than apply one thin and even layer and after it dries well give it another coat to your satisfaction. I did only one good coat for my Avatar custome for this Halloween, I used another face paint in different colors on top of it that I had from previously just to make it more detailed and give more depth to the whole look and to match the colors of my face to the rest of the body that was covered with an Avater jumpsuit costume that I purchased from Amazon, and let me tell you.. ppl did not stop complimenting me and ask me if they can take a picture with me! :) ... show more

I have had no prior experience with face paint to this, and it was SO easy to use- my girlfriend was beast boy for Halloween and we painted her whole face, ears, neck, and forearms green. It is very full coverage and it stays while not being too dry. My girlfriend who does not like makeup said she felt very comfortable in it. We did eat a bit and she got some food her cheek, and when it wiped away it wiped a little part of the paint with it, but if you just keep the paint with you plus a little touch up sponge/brush for those kinds of accidents, it’s not a problem. I used my fenty setting powder to set everything and it didn’t rub off on anything but the leather on the cars steering wheel (still super easy to clean off though). We also painted all I mentioned above and there was still more than half the container left ! Also, a bit of an obvious tip, but don’t just use the face paint alone with nothing else or it will look very awkward. We used a darker green eye shadow to contour some naturally darker places on her face to make the makeup seem a bit less flat and it worked well. I'm super impressed with this product. A little went a long way, the color was pretty solid after one coat and it held up for the whole night. My girlfriend and I went to a few different costume contest and it held up 10+ hours even through mild sweat. It held up maybe a little too well, and that's really the only down side. It took a bit of work to truly wash off. Regular soap still left behind a little bit of a stain. Unintentional secondary review haha but we found the only soap that really cut through this make up was Dr. Bronner's Pure-Castile soap, tried like 3 other soaps we had, including orange soap meant for mechanics and removing Grease and we were still green. Once we found a soap that worked we were able to wash it all off, but there was certainly a moment where my girlfriend and I looked to eachother, at first defeated and then in acceptance as we said "I guess we are green now". In a last ditch effort pulled the last bottle of soap out of the shower and it finally came off. So just a word to the wise learn from our mistakes, get a good soap. I was at first really confused when I tried to use it… until I realized it’s water activated! Which is amazing. I’m no makeup artist at all, but this stuff made face painting so easy! I wore this for almost 12 hours - it did not get crusty, it did not peel off, it did not itch and once it was removed it did not break my face out. You do not have to layer on top of layer to get the color it just goes on so smoothly. A little bit goes a loooong way! I can almost guarantee that that little container there could paint a full body multiple times before you even needed to consider getting another one. Would def buy this brand in other colors if ever needed a costume look! ... show more

I bought this for Halloween. The color was as expected. I have not used a color makeup before so it was a new experience. It spread on smooth. It is not thick or sticky feeling. It comes off easy with water. And i mean EASY. So if you are going somewhere where you will sweat, this will most likely run. I had to apply 2 coats to get it the color i wanted. Great paint! I used it for my Elphaba costume. It goes on well, spreads and builds super easily. I applied with a beauty blender (wet) and thickened the coverage up with a makeup brush. I used a hair dryer to speed up the dying so I could build up the coverage. Not necessarily but it was helpful. It took maybe 45 min to apply. I did my face, neck, chest and arms. I got over it building up the coverage on my arms. It stayed on great all night. I used seething spray and hair spray to set it. I did find myself smudging off on people very slightly if I hugged someone or kissed my kids so I took off a star but other than that it didn’t run or smudge. It was also a little bit of a pain to get off. I really had to scrub in the shower. A few spots on my chest and arms are still slightly tinted after scrubbing vigorously with an abrasive scrub brush in the shower and also cleaning off with a baby wipe. ... show more

At the advice of other reviewers, I used a makeup blender & dabs of water to spread this product over my face & neck. It went on remarkably easy & STAYED on for 11hrs!! I am fair skinned w/freckles & used approximately 3 layers to reach my desired level of green for a “witch” look. I got compliments allll day at work on how awesome it looked & towards the end of the day, how well it has stayed on! I did no real prep to my skin beforehand, I just washed and patted dry. To remove, I used a big name brand of wipes on one side & a Korean beauty brand of paste on the other. Both worked super well, but the makeup remover paste worked best. I wasn’t left tinted & I was able to go to work the next day without the faintest shade of green on me! I 10000% recommend this product & brand!! ... show more
