Description

MEGA Barbie Color Reveal building toys deliver an unboxing experience that's full of surprises. Each micro-doll's look is a magical mystery waiting to be revealed. Start the reveal experience by opening the container and removing the baseplate to find 2 surprise bags. Inside you'll find 10+ surprise including 2 Color Reveal micro-doll. Fill the container with warm water, place the micro-doll inside and swirl her around to reveal her look. Then, dip the sponge in icy water to transform her appearance. Place the remaining mystery items in the warm water to reveal more surprises. Build the boat with a Color Reveal bottom to discover fish and place both micro-dolls inside to head out for the exploration. Then, build the jumping hoops to teach the dolphins new tricks. When it's time to relax, build the beach hut and have some fun in the sun.

I recently discovered the Barbie by Mega block sets a couple of weeks ago and was happy to find this set on Amazon. It delivered today and we built it this evening. For the price, this is definitely worth it! It came with a lot of fun surprise bags that added to the imaginary play aspect of this. And the color reveal was definitely fun for my daughter. I did knock a star off for 3 reasons: 1. The pieces don’t always fit together seamlessly. I had to really force a few pieces in. It’s not Lego that snaps together more easily. 2. There are 2 accessories that are “skirts” to change the doll outfits but there is no way to fit them in. The manual doesn’t explain how to put them on and we can’t seem to snap the bottom half of the dolls off to put them on so they seem like a wasted part or not clear how to use. 3.) one of the clear parts in the boat is supposed to have color reveal as well with cold water and it never changed colors. Wasn’t a huge deal but didn’t work. Overall these things seemed minor given the overall value of this amazing set. The dolphins are a great size and my little one had most fun sending them through the loop and playing with the girls on the boat. Will definitely order more sets! Also bonus points for the heart storage box to keep the accessories in! That was genius! Not pictures are those little accessories and dolphins in there but I can update later with another photo. ... show more
