3/3/23 for the record they will not replace the chair until I give a 5 star review. Questionable business practices!! The purpose of this note is update/edit the initial interaction with MeetWarm. After many email exchanges; we have come to agree that chair will be replaced upon my completion of this update/edit. The replacement will be under the manufacturer warranty which is one year. They assure us that they are trustworthy and will do what they said. So now, we will wait and see where things go from here. Thank you. Massage feature stopped working in leg area of chair. We did everything they requested (disconnected all cables and reconnected) but no response from MeetWarm. This chair is still under 1 year manufacturer warranty and still they refuse to replace or fix the chair!! Shame on them for taking senior citizen’s money and not standing behind their product. Purchased two recliners. Came in 4 huge boxes. Took some time with my handy husband to assemble. First one takes a bit of a learning curve the second was a breeze. We use them daily. Love them. Well designed and very comfortable. Cushioning is just right and you will not "sink" into it, which is the last thing you want from a lift recliner. Two cup holders will also hold your cell phone or the two controls for the chair. A pocket in front of each cup holder and another on each side should hold everything you need and keep you from getting up and down. A double USB port on the side lights up to indicate power. It also has heat for your lower back and four areas of vibration. The seat is very wide but the chair itself is not too large. That's important because you will be putting a lift chair into a room with furniture that is already there. Where will it fit? So the more compact the better. I found this chair an excellent choice. I emailed the company over a very minor problem. They responded quickly and problem was resolved. Nice to know they back their product up. ... show more

    • Falls apart before 6 months old arm wont stay on stopped working so i was trapped

First impression nice therapist put together for me and was comfortable at first . Til the arm kept coming out of alignment the legs up stopped working while i was in it i had to be resqued out the chair thats ment to stand me up . First couple months i was happy with it . Developed blood clot cause the legs lost their fluffiness so leg rested on the frame so had to add pillow when reclyinng scariest when i was laying back and the power stopped i could not sit up again i had to call for help to be resqued out my own chair it worse then falling on the ground there no plan to get someone out of a stuck chair i was humialated and will take 3 months before i can even think about having enough to buy another chair as this was out pocket my pocket not insurance covered . My advice is check your chair every time you attempt to use it or before loved one uses it DAILY to advoid accidents or someone getting hurt . The wires running next to the leg is not good and i used clamps to keep the remote from getting out of reach because live alone . The massager did nice job of massaging the writing too tiny to read but it worked. Hopeing in resoultion ... show more

It shipped and arrived right on time, the product came two separate boxes, but the chair sections were so easy to connect and the wires easy to understand and connect as well. Instructions will great. Many times vendors send to confusing instructions but these were great! Family members have visited and also loved the color, fabric and ease of assembly. The chair has tipped towards the side. In other words it’s not straight when you look at it. It’s ok for comfort. Very slow motor going up and down. Seems as though it’s getting slower. Hoping I don’t get stuck in the backward position because I can’t get out of it and my husband just had backsurgery and can’t help me. I am waiting on a Knee replacement so I wouldn’t be able to get out of this chair. Again paid decent money for it. Disappointment. Next time go to a reputable furniture supplier. ... show more
